• Source, screen, and interview candidates for international BPO roles (e.g., Concentrix, Teleperformance, Wipro).

• Post job ads and manage candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment records.

• Meet recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Experienced Candidates: Proven BPO recruitment experience, strong communication, and remote work capability.

• Freshers: Eager to learn recruitment, proactive, and good communication skills.

• Stable internet and work-from-home setup.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international BPO hiring.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
