Role: HR Recruiter
Experience: Fresher to Experienced (0–3 years)
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter . Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced recruiters are welcome to apply.
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Recruit helpers, operators, technicians, drivers, etc.
Recruit executives, engineers, admins, managers, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and vendors
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring process
Knowledge of job portals is an advantage
Willingness to learn and grow in HR field
Any Graduate / MBA HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with interest in HR recruitment can apply
