Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding qualified candidates. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, careers page)
• Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person)
• Schedule and coordinate technical or departmental interviews
• Provide feedback to candidates and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Or any ug or pg degree
• Proven work experience (0–2 years) as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and HR databases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in 0 to 2 yrs
