ob Title: HR Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
Hire 4–6 candidates per month with the right skill and salary fit
Source and screen candidates using job portals and other hiring sources
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment data
Ensure quick availability of candidates as and when requirements are generated
Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process end to end
Outcomes Expected:
Timely hiring of quality candidates at a reasonable cost
Strong and ready candidate pipeline
Requirements / Competency:
Minimum 2 year of experience as an HR Recruiter
Knowledge of multiple hiring sources and job portals
Proven experience of 50+ successful hires
Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and MS Excel
