Job Title: HR Recruiter (Male Only)

Location: Site 4, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
Ensure timely closure of positions
Maintain recruitment database and reports
Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation

Required Skills:

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in bulk hiring
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good coordination and follow-up skills
