Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter cum Event Coordinator who can manage executive outreach,
build professional communities, and coordinate high-impact leadership roundtables and events.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Community Building
● Source and engage senior professionals through LinkedIn and other platforms.
● Build and maintain executive and industry databases.
● Support community-building initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
● Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Event Management
● Plan and execute executive roundtables, webinars, and closed-door events.
● Manage delegate invitations, confirmations, and event logistics.
● Coordinate with speakers, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution.
● Ensure a superior experience for delegates and stakeholders.
Operations & Reporting
● Maintain trackers and reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
● Manage event data, attendee lists, and communication records.
● Prepare post-event reports and engagement updates.
Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, community management, events, or stakeholder
engagement.
● Strong LinkedIn sourcing and research skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
