They offer a broad set of HR-related services: recruitment & placement, HR policy development, performance management, training & development, and compliance (HR audits) etc. They also do HR outsourcing (payroll, HRIS) for clients.Roles and Responsibilities:The HR Recruiter will be responsible for Sourcing, screening, and Interviewing CandidatesCollect detailed job descriptions from clients.Understand job roles, required skills, salary range, and hiring urgency.Clarify client expectations regarding candidate experience, education, and cultural fit.Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and realistic hiring timelines.Screen resumes based on job requirements.Conduct telephonic or video pre-screening.Assess candidate communication, technical skills, and overall suitability.Prepare a shortlist and share it with the client.Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.Guide candidates through the recruitment processSkills and Knowledge:Experience in recruitment and talent sourcingHaving work experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitmentShould have worked with Sourcing, Screening, interview Scheduled and so on,,.Having Experience with handling various Job PortalsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with applicant tracking systems
