HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate follow-ups.

• Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

• Support onboarding activities like documentation and joining formalities.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Participate in HR activities when required.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

• Basic understanding of recruitment process.

• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is an added advantage.

• Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.

• Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
