Job Description

An HR Recruiter involves managing the full hiring cycle: partnering with managers for needs, writing job posts, sourcing candidates (social media, boards), screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with teams, managing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), extending offers, and assisting with onboarding, all while building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities focus on talent attraction, assessment, and strategic alignment with company goals, using data to improve hiring metrics. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Sourcing: Post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and build talent pipelines

    .

  • Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone/video screenings, assess skills/culture fit.

  • Candidate Management: Maintain communication, provide updates, manage candidate databases (ATS).

  • Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate, and support the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and online.

  • Metrics: Track time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and other key recruiting metrics. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree (often in HR or Business).
