Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Sourcing: Post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and build talent pipelines

Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone/video screenings, assess skills/culture fit.
Candidate Management: Maintain communication, provide updates, manage candidate databases (ATS).
Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate, and support the onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and online.
Metrics: Track time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and other key recruiting metrics.
