We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for various job roles. The HR Recruiter should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Requirements:
