HR Intern – Job Description
Position: HR Intern
Location: [Rajouri Garden]
Duration: [3months-6 months]
Stipend: [Based on performance]
Working Hours: [ 11 AM to 7PM]
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers.
• Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, and recruitment portals).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate databases and interview schedules.
• Maintain employee records, assist in on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
• Support the team in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities.
• Assist in creating job descriptions, job ads, and other recruitment content.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Requirements:
• Pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes.
