About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:  Handle the complete recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.

 Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

 Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

 Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

 Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets set by the management. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT hiring preferred).
