Designation: Recruitment Associate & Team Leader

Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid
Working Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time / Weekend Options

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Associate & Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Recruiting Insurance Advisors.
- Building and developing your own recruitment team.
- Guiding, mentoring, and supporting your team to achieve successful recruitments.
- Participating in online training sessions and implementing the knowledge gained.

No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Training Program

You will receive complete online training through Google Meet covering:

- Human Life Value (HLV) Calculation
- Recruitment Process
- Candidate Handling & Interview Coordination
- Business Presentation and Practical Guidance

Recruitment Associate Commission Structure

Successful Recruitments| Commission Per Insurance Advisor
1–3| ₹6,000
4–21| ₹10,000
22–41| ₹20,000
42+| ₹30,000

Terms & Conditions

- A recruitment will be considered successful only after the recruited Insurance Advisor completes ₹3,00,000 Eligible Premium (EP) in their own Agency Code.
- Commission will be processed and paid on or before the 12th of every month, subject to successful business verification.
- RK Finance & HR Services reserves the right to revise, modify, or discontinue the commission structure, incentive plan, or business policies at any time based on business requirements.
