HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social platforms.

• Screen résumés and shortlist candidates.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.

• Support in conducting telephonic/video screenings.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Prepare onboarding kits, collect documents, and assist in joining formalities.

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/Excel.

• Help with issuing offer letters, ID cards, and other HR documents.
