We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Non-IT) who specializes in bulk and mass hiring for blue-collar, entry-level, and support roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-volume recruitment drives, excellent sourcing techniques, and strong coordination skills.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across multiple locations or departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Design and execute mass recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs.
Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, employee referrals, local vendors, and campus outreach.
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and coordination with HR operations.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Build a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with a focus on bulk/mass hiring.
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
Good understanding of labor market trends for blue/grey-collar jobs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Excel, ATS, or recruitment CRMs is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
