Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment records and databases.
Issue offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of recruitment experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
