Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Intern

Reports to: HR Manager / HR Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update employee records.

• Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings to the team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interest in HR and people operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
