We're seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our client's Pickers and Packers role at Zepto. Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to find potential candidates for Pickers and Packers roles.

2. Screen and shortlist candidates: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify top candidates.

3. Collaborate with client: Work closely with our client Zepto to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

4. Manage the recruitment process: Coordinate interviews, extend job offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

5. Maintain recruitment metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, job boards)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
