HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals).

• Screen resumes and job applications based on job requirements.

• Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Build relationships with potential candidates and passive talent pools.

• Assist in onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.

• Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in bulk or mass hiring is a plus.

• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.

• Ability to handle white- and blue-collar hiring.
