4.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
5.Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
6.Oversee HR administration tasks, including payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and HRIS management.
