HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through leading job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.

• Post and update job openings on various online platforms and company career pages.

• Screen resumes, evaluate candidate profiles, and shortlist applicants based on job specifications.

• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ suitability, availability, and interest.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment progress through applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.

• Manage recruitment MIS and provide daily/weekly hiring status reports.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and equal employment opportunity standards.
