HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles, helping to build strong teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

• Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media.

• Source candidates using various tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking events.

• Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with HR Manager.

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and create talent pools for future hiring needs.

• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience 1 year as a recruiter or in a similar HR position.

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of employment legislation and best recruitment practices.
