Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter (Female) with an academic background in Human Resources to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, ensuring an excellent hiring experience for both clients and job seekers. Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to closing positions.

• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain candidate databases and regularly update recruitment trackers.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely fulfillment of their hiring needs.

• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates.

• Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies.

• Support HR functions such as employee engagement, policy implementation, and other HR-related activities as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong academic background in HR/Management (BBA/BA/B.Com with HR specialization, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.

• Confident personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Job Portals, Social Media).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results within deadlines.

• A positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for HR and people development.
