📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

🕒 Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday Fixed Off

🎓 Eligibility:
• Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of HR Recruitment experience (on paper)

💼 Preferred Experience:
• BPO Telesales hiring
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit suitable candidates
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
• Perform employment and reference verification
• Coordinate candidate selection and onboarding
• Achieve a target of 2 candidate joinings per day
