About the Role

We are looking for experienced recruiters who can source and close candidates for Paytm Field Sales Executive positions across India. This is a performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Eligibility

- Experience in bulk hiring / field sales recruitment.

- Experience in hiring for Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Airtel Payments Bank, banking, telecom or BFSI sales will be preferred.

- Knowledge of job portals, social media hiring, WhatsApp groups and local sourcing.

- Good communication and candidate follow-up skills.

- Must be able to ensure candidates join on the scheduled date.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen Field Sales Executive candidates.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the operations team.

- Follow up with candidates until joining.

- Maintain daily recruitment reports.

- Deliver a minimum of 5 successful joinings per day (preferred).

Payout

- ₹300 per successful joining.

- No fixed salary.

- Unlimited earning based on performance.

- Monthly payout (subject to successful joining verification).
