We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have a solid recruitment network and the ability to close positions efficiently within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and existing networks
Coordinate and manage large-volume hiring drives
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
Ensure timely closures as per client requirements
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Proven experience in bulk hiring is mandatory
Strong candidate sourcing network across multiple channels
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
