HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have a solid recruitment network and the ability to close positions efficiently within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and existing networks

• Coordinate and manage large-volume hiring drives

• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews

• Ensure timely closures as per client requirements

• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

• Proven experience in bulk hiring is mandatory

• Strong candidate sourcing network across multiple channels

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
