HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in talent acquisition and gain experience working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms

• Source candidates using databases, job boards, and networking

• Conduct initial screenings via phone or video

• Schedule interviews with candidates and client HR teams

• Maintain and update candidate records in the internal database

• Assist in follow-ups and offer coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage
