HR Recruiter

We are looking for a Blue Collar Recruiter to join our team at Powercon Ventures India Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end hiring for site roles (Technicians, Electricians, Helpers, etc.)

• Source via job portals, ITIs, local vendors, and referrals

• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding

• Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers

• Liaise with site teams and ensure timely mobilization

• Build vendor/ITI partnerships

• Occasional travel to sites

Job Requirements:

Prior blue collar hiring experience in infra/EPC/renewables preferred

• Graduate; HR background is a plus

• Strong sourcing & vendor management skills

• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; ATS knowledge is a plus

• Fluent in Hindi & English; regional languages preferred

• Willingness to travel

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
