Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs and job specifications from various departments.

• Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.

• Source and attract candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking.

• Source and screen candidates using job portals and social media

• Schedule and conduct initial interviews

• Maintain recruitment data and reports

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

  • 06-1 years of recruitment experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
