Source potential candidates from various online channels.

Screen incoming/outbound calls, resumes and application forms.

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

End-to-end recruitment on calls and mail.

Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate.

Ability to research, understand the business process.

Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

Salary : 12,000 to 18,000 + Other Benefits (Depend upon the interview)
