Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Delhi/NCR
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Negotiate salary and manage offer/joining formalities.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
Graduation in any stream preferred.
