Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to help us identify and attract top talent for our clients. As a freelancer, you'll work remotely and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

3. Present qualified candidates to clients

4. Manage client relationships and communicate job requirements

5. Meet recruitment targets and deadlines

Requirements:

1. 6+ months of recruitment experience

2. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

3. Excellent communication and client management abilities

4. Ability to work independently as a freelancer

5. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
