We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Experience in a specific industry related to our business (e.g., IT, manufacturing, healthcare).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
