🚀 Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter
Location: India | Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Industry: UK-Based BPO | Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and responsible HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, meeting hiring targets, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to joining.
Training will be provided, so we are more focused on your attitude, communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for our hiring requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and documentation.
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining.
Coordinate with management on hiring requirements and progress.
Manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Organized, punctual, and responsible.
Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or BPO hiring is preferred but not mandatory.
Important Working Requirements
6 working days per week
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Willingness to work on Indian public holidays when required, as we operate as a UK-based BPO.
Strong punctuality and attendance are essential.
