📋 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Call candidates using the database and leads provided by SP Consultancy.

📅 Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until successful onboarding/joining.

✅ Requirements:

📱 Smartphone with an active calling plan and stable internet connection (Laptop/PC is a plus).

🗣️ Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi or Any Regional Language.
