Job Title: HR Recruiter – Bulk/Volume Hiring

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring across multiple locations.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, field sourcing.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Ensure timely offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

Experience hiring for Sales, Customer Support, Operations, or Field roles.

Knowledge of local language(s) is an added advantage based on the hiring location.
