• Bulk Hiring:
  Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment drives for blue-collar and frontline roles across multiple locations.

• Blue Collar Hiring:
  Identify and engage with candidates for roles such as drivers, delivery executives, warehouse staff, field sales, technicians, etc.

• Candidate Sourcing:
  Utilize various channels like job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and local networks to source large candidate pools effectively.

• Screening & Shortlisting:
  Conduct initial telephonic/face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and job requirements. Shortlist candidates for final client/management interviews.

• Coordination:
  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

• Onboarding Support:
  Assist selected candidates with documentation, joining formalities, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
