We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in hiring inside sales representatives, telecallers, and telesales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the sales hiring lifecycle and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-performing sales talent.
Source and screen candidates for inside sales, telecaller, and telesales roles using job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and job fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide end-to-end recruitment support.
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
Partner with sales managers to understand hiring requirements and refine job specifications.
Prepare and present weekly hiring reports and metrics.
Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding formalities and smooth handover to the HR operations team.
