Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and organized HR Recruiter cum Admin to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process to help us find the best talent (editors, designers, sales staff) while ensuring the office administration runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources & Recruitment
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and social media.
Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews with department heads.
Onboarding: Manage the joining formalities for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and introduction to company policies.
Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee files, attendance records, and leave data.
Culture: Assist in organizing team engagement activities and maintaining a positive work environment.
2. Office Administration
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and functioning properly.
Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies, stationery, and housekeeping consumables as needed.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors (maintenance, internet, courier services, etc.).
Documentation: Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, filing, and basic bookkeeping assistance if required.
Support: Provide administrative support to the management team as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or Office Administration. .
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
