HR Recruiter

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Provide briefings on PF and ESIC benefits to new employees

• Collect documents and complete joining formalities for new hires

• Handle employee queries related to salaries, documents, etc.

• Follow up with employees for pending documentation

• Assist in downloading E-Aadhaar from the official portal

• Support new joiners in filling out joining forms

• Shift time -- 10am to 7pm ( Monday to Friday )
