Handle the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, coordinating with clients & candidates).
Understand client requirements and create job descriptions that attract the right talent.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, databases, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct preliminary telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up until successful closure.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Keep track of hiring metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates.
