HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hiring processes, technical requirements, and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.---
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates:
Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases to source qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.Identify potential candidates through networking and referrals.
2. Screening & Shortlisting:
Review resumes and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate skills and communication.
Forward shortlisted profiles to the hiring manager for further evaluation.
3. Coordination:
Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and interview panels.
Maintain timely follow-up and communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer stage.
4. Onboarding Assistance:
Support in offer letter generation and joining formalities.
Collaborate with HR and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
5. Database Management:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the database or ATS.
Keep recruitment trackers and reports updated regularly.
6. Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with candidates, institutes, and placement partners.
Engage with passive candidates to maintain a healthy pipeline.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with current recruitment trends, tools, and market insights.
Suggest and implement improvements in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.
