Blue Collar Staff Hiring for Domestic Purpose

Responsibilities:

Hiring candidates through job portals like WorkIndia, Job Hai, ApnaJob and similar platforms.

Identifying domestic placement agencies and onboarding them to work as per our SOPs and payment terms.

Maintaining continuous day-to-day follow-ups with placement agencies.

Coordinating with agencies to ensure timely hiring and smooth recruitment processes.

Building strong relationships with agencies for long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

Candidates should have prior experience working with job portals such as WorkIndia, Job Hai, ApnaJob, etc. OR must have experience working with domestic placement agencies.
