Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes according to job requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring requirements.
Eligibility
MBA (HR) students/freshers are preferred.
Freshers and candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Own laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
