We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team on an immediate basis.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
Must have experience in International BPO hiring
Skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Female candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for BPO roles
Sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting initial interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers
Managing candidate pipeline and follow-ups
