Responsibilities:
1 Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, and other platforms
2 Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
3 Schedule interviews, prepare interview questions and agendas, and facilitate interview discussions
4 Manage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
5 Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices
6 Negotiate employment offers and coordinate onboarding processes
7 Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices in the industry
8 Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Requirements:
1 Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
2 Solid understanding of recruitment processes
3 Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
4 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 Strong decision-making skills
6 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7 Must be Graduate
