Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified talent in line with business requirements. The role demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews 

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (mandatory)

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools

• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and time management skills
