This role is ideal for candidates seeking to build a career in Human Resource Management. It offers real-time exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning & development functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job vacancies on various platforms and screen candidate resumes

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new employees

• Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare reports

• Support in employee engagement programs and HR events

• Assist in organizing training and development activities

• Contribute to employer branding through social media and internal platforms

• Stay updated with current HR trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic HRMS tools

• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and team coordination

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player

Eligibility:

• BBA / MBA (HR preferred) – Students or Fresh Graduates

• Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in HR or related field

• Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR team

📍Job Location:

Sector 132, Noida

🖥️ Work Mode: Work from Office (Hybrid if needed)

🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary:

• Fixed Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month (Based on performance)

• Total Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹17,000 per month
