Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join the New Horizons Group of Schools. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the school management and department heads.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate with different school branches for recruitment requirements.

• Participate in HR activities like induction, training support, and employee engagement.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).

• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycles.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate / Post Graduate

• Candidates who have completed HR-related certification or MICM (Management Institute of Career Management) courses will be given preference

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
