Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce and ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.

• Source potential candidates from various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate logistics.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Follow up with candidates post-interview and during the onboarding process.

• Handle offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and documentation.

• Assist in campus hiring, walk-ins, and job fairs when required.

• Maintain reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and social media sourcing.

• Basic understanding of HR policies and employment laws is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mass/bulk hiring

• Familiarity with IT/non-IT recruitment (based on your hiring needs)

• Certification in Recruitment/HR (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Solutions, SHRM, etc.)
